About the Principals
John Navai
John Navai has been involved in real estate since 1984 when he began investing and managing properties in Boulder Colorado. During late 80's and early 90's, John Navai was part of a group that purchased 500 multi-family units in FDIC auctions. These properties were turned around and the last one was disposed in 1994. After moving to Texas, John Navai invested in and managed Peachtree apartments (100 units), this property was significantly improved and disposed in 1999. John Navai has been investing in industrial buildings since 1999.
David Lewis
David Lewis has been engaged in real estate business since 1990 in Hawaii. He moved to Texas in 1998 when he was part of a Hawaiian group that purchased 300 multi-family units and two healthcare oriented office buildings. Currently the Principle broker for Infinity .
